This research shows that insurers are already looking outside their four walls to strategic partnerships and relationships. It’s a theme that is highlighted in Accenture Technology Vision for Insurance 2016. The platform economy offers insurers a way to extend the insurance value chain, offer more value to their customers and strengthen the customer relationship.
