Marco Tsui is a veteran Managing Director at Accenture and leads the Accenture Hong Kong financial services practice. In so doing, he spearheads the growth of financial services businesses in the region.

With a career at Accenture spanning over two decades, Marco has cultivated extensive experience consulting for insurers, banks, and financial institutions. His expertise encompasses program and project management, strategy and business architecture, functional design, and system implementation and rollout, with a strong focus on insurance, banking, investment, wealth management, and capital markets.

Marco has helmed numerous high-impact projects, including his role as the Accenture client account lead for a leading international insurance company. In this capacity, he oversaw a team of over 150 IT professionals and business operations specialists in running business and technology transformation projects, deploying and maintaining group-wide solutions, as well as running day-to-day finance and actuarial reporting operations.
