With extensive experience in leading digital transformation projects for domestic and international life and non-life insurance companies, Naoyuki has consistently guided all critical steps necessary to establish successful business cases, from strategy development to system planning, implementation, stabilization and outsourcing. In recent years, he has focused on leveraging advanced technologies to drive innovation and digital transformation, organizational change, digital talent development and international business strategies, all aimed at supporting the growth of insurance companies. He was appointed as a Senior Managing Director in July 2019 and has been in his current role since March 2020.
