The Efma-Accenture Innovation in Insurance Awards celebrate the innovations that are transforming the industry. Applications are due by April 13, 2018.

Last April, Generali was honored at the Efma-Accenture Innovation in Insurance Awards with the Global Innovator award. Among some of the innovations that helped it win this accolade were car insurance that comes with real-time driver coaching, a digital tool that helps insurance advisors address customer needs more quickly, and a global cloud-based digital marketing platform that is progressively being deployed to its 70,000 agents.

How are you transforming the industry?

Now in its third year, the program has seen 445 innovations from 292 company submissions since 2016. For 2018, we’re calling on North American insurers to help make this truly a global competition that highlights the remarkable innovations that insurers are creating, piloting and bringing to scale. There will be two award ceremonies this year—one in Paris and one in the United States—to highlight winning work and provide plenty of opportunities to meet the who’s who of the industry.
