Scott serves as principal director for Accenture’s insurance strategy practice, where he connects with industry leaders to advance strategic transformation. His expertise includes distribution, organizational design, sales strategy, compensation design, product design and marketing. He’s overseen business development at major carriers and helped to manage and improve their brand, sales, and distribution systems. He has also helped clients solve highly complex operational issues and led senior managers across numerous verticals to create strategic recommendations. Scott has over 30 years of experience in the industry doing everything from serving as a senior vice president at a major American multi-line carrier to working as a frontline agent. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Redlands.
