Vincent Cheng is a Senior Director within Accenture Song in Greater China. He is a seasoned digital strategist with more than 16 years of experience across Asia Pacific. He has led complex programs on digital growth strategy, digital innovation & partnership, optimizing business operations, customer experience design, and digital & agile transformation.  Prior to joining Accenture, Vincent was the Global Head of Digital, Experience and Innovation at DFS (part of LVMH group), leading global initiatives, supporting local markets to drive digital business through cross-border customer acquisition, conversion and loyalty retention. Vincent also spent 3 years in Shanghai gaining experienced in the investment banking industry prior to entering the consulting industry.
