Elitsa Nacheva is a Management Consulting Manager and part of Accenture’s Financial Services Talent & Organisation Practice based in London. She is also the host of Talking Agility. Ellie has a keen interest in agile and enterprise agility and co-leads the Agile Practice within T&O, working with global and local UKI teams. Over her career at Accenture, she has gained diverse experience as a change management, business and agile transformation practitioner working with banking clients; she is also passionate about social media, collaboration and personal branding.
