Nina Munoz is a Strategy Manager at Accenture and provides consulting services to clients across the insurance industry. She has extensive experience consulting on marketing and distribution, ESG, operations, and technology strategy for carriers, agencies, and brokers. She focuses on driving consistent value and successful outcomes to meet each client's unique objectives. Nina earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University. Nina is actively involved in her local community. She participates in Northwestern's Splash program to teach special topics to students throughout Evanston, and has focused on a curriculum highlighting the importance of ocean conservation driven by her passion for sustainability, social impact, and education. She has also served as a tutor and mentor with HighSight, a Chicago-based organization dedicated to helping underprivileged high school students earn scholarships to top colleges. Nina serves several leadership roles within Accenture, including leading diversity and inclusion efforts through recruiting at Kellogg to support the global Accenture goal of a 50/50 workforce by 2025. Nina has experience living and working in the US, Canada, the UK, France, and Colombia and currently resides in Chicago with her husband and their two cats, whom they lovingly adopted from Chicago Cat Rescue.
