Andy Young is a Managing Director in our in our London office. Andy works with global Banking and Insurance clients on the development of their strategies and operating models, enabling transformational change. Andy has helped clients develop their own change capability and has worked on a number of large change sourcing deals. Andy has experience in a variety of HR-related disciplines, including HR Transformation, Talent Strategy, Performance Management, Talent Management, Culture/Behaviour Change and Organisation Design. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and leads our FS People & Change practice in the UK & Ireland.
