Tom Herd

Tom has more than 25 years of strategy consulting experience in inorganic growth, due diligence, merger integration, and other strategic work with Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial clients. He has assisted clients with more than 80 M&A engagements.

Prior to joining Accenture, Tom focused on M&A client work within A.T. Kearney’s Strategy practice. Tom has also worked for Procter & Gamble in the U.S. and Asia and for the U.S. Army in Germany.

Tom received an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with High Honors in Finance and Organizational Behavior and a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University.
