Rajat Maaker

Rajat leads Accenture’s M&A practice in the UK. He has over 18 years of experience across the M&A lifecycle. He is currently advising an offshore securities exchange on their diversification strategy.

Rajat holds an MBA from London Business School with a specialization in Strategy & Finance. While at Business School, Rajat interned with Shell’s corporate strategy team in London, where he designed a restructuring plan to rationalize their asset portfolio in Asia. Prior to business school, Rajat worked with a client on strategy development first in their global headquarters in Sweden and then in Australia working with the leadership team in the Asia Pacific to identify strategies to turn-around the Australia business.
