Paula O’Reilly

Paula is a Managing Director at Accenture responsible for leading the financial services business in the Midwest. Most recently, she was responsible for leading strategic and transformational initiatives at one of our principal and global financial clients. Prior to this role, Paula was the Capital Markets Lead in North America at Accenture. She was responsible for the overall strategy and the sales and delivery of Accenture services to investment banks, wealth and asset managers as well as exchanges across Strategy, Consulting, Digital, Technology and Operations.

Over her 25-year career, she has consulted with many of Accenture’s Banking and Capital Markets clients, including leading global banks and several US regional banks. These initiatives included strategy development, large scale system selection and implementation, post-merger integration, finance and risk management, back office operations and overall account management.
