As a leader in our Talent & Organization / Human Potential practice, Jillian specializes in guiding organizations into the Digital Age with differentiated talent strategies, strengthening their strategic HR capabilities, and transforming their operating models to increase the effectiveness of their people. She is excited and rewarded to be at the intersection business transformation, technology and - above all - people.

A Chicago-native, she recently relocated to Columbus with her partner, Sara, and is looking forward to getting involved in the Columbus community. Outside of work, you can find Jillian planning (and "implementing") an upcoming vacation, wine tasting, or dinner party.
