Sharad Mistry is a Senior Principal in Accenture’s Talent & Organisation Strategy Practice in London. During his 15-year career, he has helped many UK-based clients in financial services to transform their workforces, strengthen their talent management strategies, and reinvent their approaches to capability development. Sharad has worked on a range of innovative projects in corporate learning. Recent examples include gamification of compliance training for a retail banking workforce and a mobile learning solution for an insurance claims workforce. An engineer with an MBA from Kent Business School, Canterbury in the UK, Sharad spends much of his free time cycling in Richmond Park with his family.
