Chris has more than 20 years of experience in P&C Insurance, Program Management, Business/Systems Analysis, Policy Administration, Underwriting, Billing, CRM and Call Center capabilities. He is responsible for leading the CDE Customer Collaboration and UC programs which will provide customers, agents, and the enterprise with a next generation multi-channel experience through leading edge collaboration capabilities. He is a co-founder of GrowthKit, a digital marketing service built exclusively for insurance agents and powered by Accenture Song.
