Matt Filarski

Matt is an Associate Director in Accenture's Technology Group with more than 22 years of experience leading large technology initiatives, primarily in the P&C Insurance industry. He is currently serving as a Technology Delivery Lead at the account enabling several strategic efforts aimed at transforming the customer experience through feature focused, Agile development of applications that drive business value to customers. He has a passion for leading teams to deliver projects on-time, on-budget and with high quality to achieve quantitative business results.
