Chris Johnston

Chris Johnston is a Managing Director in the Finance & Risk Business Services group, and leads the F&R insurance business service across North America. Over the years Chris has led a broad range of strategy initiatives and complex transformation programs involving core finance, performance management, and other corporate functions and processes. He has helped clients refine their operating models to streamline processes, optimize roles and skills, and implement service management and governance. He also has deep understanding of core insurance processes and business unit operations which has enabled him to help CFOs and their teams optimize their impact within their businesses.
