We are at PegaWorld this week in Orlando to announce an important new offering called Accenture Insurance Customer Insights Solution.

Accenture Insurance Customer Insights Solution – a new integrated Accenture Duck Creek and Pega solution developed by Accenture to help drive overall client value and extend market share.

This integrated solution expands usability and channels for users with Pega while leveraging core policy administration from Accenture Duck Creek. We have taken the best-of-breed software components of Accenture and Pega to drive an end-to-end underwriting and policy administration process, presented to the user in a seamless fashion.

The new solution provides insurers with cloud-based access to new distribution models, with effective management across all channels, including social media.
