It’s September, the kids are back in school and everyone’s back in the office. Before your tan fades, here’s a summary of recent developments in our insurance practice.
Mountain States Insurance Group selects Accenture Duck Creek technology
Earlier this summer, Mountain States Insurance Group selected Accenture Duck Creek technology to replace its legacy policy administration and billing systems. The technology will help this commercial property and casualty insurer better adjust to market demands, streamline internal processes and deliver a higher level of customer service.
Navy Mutual Aid Association goes live with the Accenture Life Insurance Platform
Last month, the Navy Mutual Aid Association went live with the Accenture Life Insurance Platform (ALIP), a life and annuity insurance software suite. As life insurers continue to face cost pressures, the ALIP will help this Veterans Service Organization simplify product development through pre-configured processes and real-time testing capabilities.
In addition, using the Accenture Insurance Data Migration Factor, we converted 138,000 policies from Navy Mutual’s legacy systems to their new platform, allowing them to handle all new and existing policies on a single platform.
We’re pleased to be working with Mountain States Insurance Group and Navy Mutual Aid Association and look forward to supporting their continued growth.
