One of the most difficult realizations for insurers is that their brand may not be the lead value proposition in the new world order of digital platforms and evolving ecosystems.  In my third podcast, I discuss how innovative insurers are starting to expand their metric tools and their alliances, and even using crowd-sourcing to build ecosystems that will occupy an important place in their customer’s lives.
