Unlike prior transformations that were generated inside the insurance company, digital transformation starts with an external proposition around changing customer experiences in ways that support growth, retention and relationships. This change won’t happen overnight—it’ll be a journey, but those insurers that focus on the key dimensions to becoming a digital insurer will be rewarded with significant new revenue and profitable growth.
